Our Spring Visitor's
My sister called me today. She lives across the creek. She told me she'd looked out the window and the daffodils were in bloom. Here in Southern Indiana, that's a sure sign Spring is here for good. At least we're hoping so. I got out and took a stroll and just had to capture this small family of daffodils smiling for the camera. Aren't they sweet! I stopped by for a visit with my little sister Jenni, and on my way back home she had to lend me an umbrella. We're getting quite a shower. It's pleasant but will slow down my moving into the cabin. I'll have to wait until it drys up. But not even the rain could wipe the smile away that this little Spring visitor brought to my face. My bird feeders are running low, I have had quite a few visits from my bird friends too.

One of my favorites! They look so happy. :)
Beautiful flowers. I just love them. I've been going out and looking at mine everyday! I does make you feel that spring is really here! I'm so anxious to see more posts about your cabin--I know you are happy that it is time to start moving in.

They are so beautiful!! We had a couple of days of warm weather, now it's snowing again!!
So happy to see you are beginning to see such lovely signs of Spring! I loved reading all your post and I absolutely LOVE your cabin!
My dillies have yet to spring forth...but we're slow here. Enjoy your forthcoming spring!
Aren't those daffs just a sing of renewal and hope! I always get excited at the first blooms, spring fever!!
Oh thanks for visiting everyone. I enjoy your visits very much. Thanks for the compliments Claudia. Tracey, hope Springtime graces your doorstep quickly!!! Have a great day everyone!
I really enjoy reading both of your blogs and seeing the pictures too. Love what you did with the windows and door on your cabin!!! There's a place here in my town that sells used building supplies, now I'm inspired to go see what they've got. I loved your stories about Grandmas Knees and the one about your dad, sure wish I had a picture like that with me and my dad. I think my favorite was when I read about you rocking your granddaughter to sleep! I miss having a baby to rock.

Thanks so much for your kind words Cheryl. Hope you come back to visit very soon. Grandbabies are really something.
