Christmas in Springtime

The joy of Christmas I believe is a condition of the heart. The joy of giving and of sharing can be felt year round. So I'm going to have a give-a-away to celebrate Christmas in Spring. To be entered for the give-a-way, post your message and tell me how we can have the joy of Christmas light the world year round. April 3rd I will pick a winner. The snowman lamp holds a tealight candle to help the winner light the world with the joy of Christmas EVERY day!

Mikki Jo likes poems you know
It doesn't matter if there's sunshine or snow...
She gives from her heart like it's Christmas each day
She follows Jesus in more than one way
She reminds us to keep Him AND share Him with others
Quite an example for all christian mothers!
(how's that?)

Hi Mikki Jo. I think that the way to have the joy of Christmas all year long is to share the love and truth of Jesus with everyone you meet. He is the perfect Christmas present that we can have everyday.

The word Christmas means celebration of Christ. That's how we keep it alive all year, by celebrating our Savior and sharing with the world what He has done for everyone!

What a fun idea and cute tealight! I think just by sharing the joy of friendship, celebrate the love and faith of mankind and keep God in our hearts and home.

This may sound out there, there are foreign people living in my community. So, to me, giving joy to the world year-round would be done by getting to know those around me and helping them to feel like friends and family instead of strangers from another country. Extending a little hospitality to them as a Christian, as a woman, as a mother, as a neighbor. Opening my home. Giving a bit of myself so that the joy of Christmas that exists in my heart can be imparted to those who are away from their families and living in a place with a different language, different sights, different sounds, different foods etc., and also to children I am around, elderly people, my own family, my husband, my friends, etc.

Hopefully that makes sense! : )

Well, I am not a poet, but wanted to say that is a sweet idea to bring the joy of Christmas to the rest of the year.

I see you are a Hoosier too? I am from Pendleton, but now live in KS.
